The Steadfast Group provides consulting services that help companies develop comprehensive security policies. Working with “what if” scenario analyses, emergency preparedness planning, document control reviews, and the integration of IT and operations security policies, we develop plans of action that reinforce existing security procedures and elevate them to optimum function and feasibility. Making use of internal cross-functional teams, The Steadfast Group works with staff and management to help implement the assessment and remediation phases of security upgrades. Functioning as Project Managers, The Steadfast Group conducts regular team meetings, performs all data analyses, develops reports, and is available to assist in the process, every step of the way.
