Tim's leadership in senior management and the design and manufacture of real-time devices for data acquisition and control of electric utility power distribution networks, brings a broad stroke perspective to The Steadfast Group. Skilled in operational and project management, Tim has extensive experience in directing product development, project management, electronics manufacturing, and information technology systems for companies that are dedicated to providing the real time devices used by electric utility SCADA systems. Prior to joining The Steadfast Group, Tim spearheaded project management and operations assignments for Hathaway Automation Technology, Valmet Automation, and Pentastar Electronics (a Chrysler Company), all suppliers of real time devices to the electric utility SCADA market. His early career included senior management assignments with SCI Systems and multiple assignments for Burroughs Corporation in electronics manufacturing and information technology.

While with Valmet Automation and Pentastar Electronics, Tim directed the engineering and operational teams that developed the break-through distribution automation SCADA products implemented by several major electric utilities. At Hathaway Automation Technology, Tim used his market knowledge and electronics design and manufacturing experience to develop a product evolution plan.

Tim holds a B.S. in Physics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Operations Research from the University of Miami.
