Timothy D.J. Hennessy
Chairman, Board of Advisors, Co-Founder

Mr. Hennessy is President of Prudent Energy Corp. As a co-founder of The Steadfast Group, Tim also heads up The Steadfast Group's Board of Advisors. In that capacity, he brings more than twenty years of management and technical experience in the international power and energy fields. Prior to co-founding The Steadfast Group, he served as Vice President of Engineering and Operations, and Managing Director of LECTRIX LLC (a Bechtel Siemens AEP JV), Vice President of PacifiCorp's Energy Services Division, and Quality of Supply Manager for ESKOM. He was also a founder and Principal of Power Quality Technology, an independent consulting firm. Mr. Hennessy holds eight patents, has published and presented more than 20 scientific papers, and was the editor of the Power Quality Blue Book (South Africa), a text for industrial engineers. He serves on the board of Schmitt Industries (NASDAQ: SMIT). He is a chartered engineer in the UK and holds a MSc. Eng (Electrical) from WITS University and an MDP (UNISA).
