CHO (Chief Hacking Officer)

Chet has more than fifteen years experience in guiding and streamlining business systems and quality assurance programs as well as managing IT teams and systems. He has over twenty years of experience in various segments of the process and control industry including, hardware and software integration and deployment. Skilled in operational and project management as well as root cause analysis and system remediation, Chet has directed the product development and certification of hardware and software dedicated to process control and real time devices used in industrial applications and electric utility SCADA systems. His varied skill sets have enabled him to bridge the gap between traditionally divergent IT groups and SCADA/Operations groups.

Prior to joining The Steadfast Group, Chet led the Quality Assurance, MIS, and Test Engineering departments for Hathaway Automation Technology where he leveraged his skill sets to play major roles in the deployment of the control system for The California ISO and the substation monitoring system jointly deployed by Detroit Edison, DTE Energy Services, and American Axle. Early in his career, he was part of the design engineering team of Maple Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of proprietary human-machine interface hardware and software used by industrial organizations to automate factories and control systems. Chet holds degrees in Applied Science and Digital/Microprocessor Theory.
